    Way to go, although you went and stole my thunder. I, too did my initial hour today. Still can't believe I landed the 172 with just a few verbal corrections. Gotta say I was so ready to get out of the plane at 3k. Time to sell one of the kids for flight time.

    It's also a very good idea to shut off the water supply to the water heater, as well as the washing machine, and any other plumbing fixtures when leaving for extended periods of time.
